Refund Policy

Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected interval and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are collected by our third-party merchant of record and payment provider, whose terms also apply to your purchase.

• You can cancel your subscription at any time.
• Cancellation stops all future charges from the next billing date.
• You keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Cancelling does not automatically create a refund for the current period.

Refunds are not automatic and are considered case by case. We will normally look favourably on a request where:

• You were charged twice or charged after cancelling.
• A technical fault on our side prevented you from meaningfully using the paid features and we could not resolve it.
• You contact us within 14 days of your first payment on a new subscription and have made only minimal use of the paid features.

• Requests made after a renewal you simply forgot to cancel, beyond the period described above.
• Partial or unused time in a billing period after normal use.
• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated output, which by its nature may be imperfect and is presented for your review.
• Accounts suspended or terminated for breach of the Terms of Service, abuse, or attempts to bypass usage protections.
• Charges older than the window allowed by our payment provider or by applicable law.

Email sapoosenrt@yahoo.com from the address on your account, including the plan, the approximate date of the charge, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to you, or any rights provided by our payment provider's own buyer terms.
