These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Waypoint, available at agentswaypoint.com. Waypoint is operated by Sarp Kandamar ("we", "us"), and by creating an account or using the service you enter into an agreement with Sarp Kandamar and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Waypoint.
Waypoint is a progress and decision layer for projects built with AI coding agents. It lets you create projects, import or build roadmaps, track task status and progress, paste responses from coding agents, and use AI-powered features to interpret those responses.
When using Waypoint, you agree not to:
You keep ownership of the content you submit, including project details, roadmaps, tasks, notes, and pasted agent responses. You are responsible for that content and for ensuring you have the right to submit it.
You grant us the permission needed to host, store, process, transmit, and display your content for the sole purpose of operating and providing the service to you. This includes sending the relevant content to the AI/model infrastructure used by AI-powered features when you trigger them.
Features such as roadmap extraction and Agent Sync use automated and AI-based interpretation. The output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misinterpret what your agent reported. Waypoint does not guarantee that roadmap, task, or progress extraction is always correct.
Suggested changes are shown for your review and are applied only when you confirm them. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, and for any decisions you make based on it.
We aim to keep Waypoint available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, add, or remove features, and may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access. Where a change materially reduces functionality of a paid plan, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
Usage limits, including fair-use and rate limits, may apply and may be adjusted to protect the stability of the service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's name will appear on your bank or card statement for purchases, and Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) apply to the payment, billing, tax, and refund mechanics of your order.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access to paid features continues until the end of the current paid period. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, abuse the service, attempt to bypass usage protections, or create risk or legal exposure for us or other users. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waypoint will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for Waypoint in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page, and continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
